Questions about plans
Do I need a card to start?
No. Every account starts on Free, and upgrading starts a 30 day free trial without a card.
Will I be charged when payments open?
Only if you choose to stay on a paid plan. Once online payment opens, paid plans are charged monthly to the card you add, and we email you before anything is charged. If you don't add a card, nothing is charged and you go back to Free.
What happens when my free trial ends?
We email you 7 and 3 days before it ends. Add a card to keep your plan; without one your account goes back to Free, and your chats, leads, settings and bot knowledge all stay saved.
What counts as a chat?
One conversation with one visitor in a month, however many messages it has. Free includes 50 a month, Basic 500, and Starter and up have no monthly limit. At the limit your chat still collects every visitor's name and number, so you never miss a lead.
What counts as an integration?
Each place your assistant works or sends leads to. Your website chat is the first one. A Zapier or Make connection is one more, and so is any new channel we add later. Free includes 1, Basic 2, Starter 3, and Pro and Premium are unlimited. Each extra one is $19.99 a month, and the dashboard shows the price before you add it. Billing for extras starts when payments open, and you'll be told before any charge.
