After hours mode
Set your business hours so the bot handles visitors while you're closed.
Outside your business hours, the bot tells visitors your team is offline and when you're back, then focuses on getting their name, number and what they need. Those leads are marked After hours in your inbox, so you know who to call first in the morning.
Turn it on
- Open Settings and find After hours mode.
- Turn it on and choose your time zone.
- Set your hours for each day, or mark a day closed.
- Click Save hours.
The admin sets the hours. After hours mode is part of the paid plans (Starter and up).
