My bot gives a wrong answer

Your bot only uses what's in Bot knowledge, so most wrong answers come from missing or out-of-date information.

1. Rate it. In the conversation, click 👎 on the answer and type what it should have said. Your bot uses your answer from then on.
2. Remove old information. Under Bot knowledge → What your bot knows, remove an old file, or click Refresh website if your prices or services changed.
3. Add a clear answer. Add a question and answer under Questions & answers. Short, specific answers work best.
4. Fill in the brackets. Starter questions with a [bracket] left in them are not used. Replace every bracket with your real answer.
5. Test it. Click Test your bot and ask again.
