Change how your chat looks
Brand color, greeting, logo, bot name and which side the chat sits on.
Open Widget in your dashboard. The Look and greeting card has every setting, and the Preview next to it shows the result before you save.
Brand color and greeting
- Brand color: pick one of the colors or type your own color code, like
#1E3A5F. The chat button, the top of the chat and your visitor's messages use it. Brand color is included in every plan, Free too. - First message visitors see: the greeting at the top of the chat. Leave it empty and the chat says hello in your visitor's language.
Click Save. Your chat changes right away on your website.
Logo, bot name and position
These three are part of the paid plans (Starter and up).
- Bot name: a name for your assistant, like "Max". It shows at the top of the chat instead of your business name. The chat still tells visitors it's an AI assistant. Up to 40 characters.
- Logo: click Upload logo and choose a PNG, JPG or WebP image up to 300 KB. A square image looks best. It replaces the sparkle icon at the top of the chat and next to the AI's answers. It saves as soon as you choose it; Remove takes it off.
- Position: choose Bottom right or Bottom left. Pick the side where your website has nothing else, like a cookie banner or a "back to top" button.
Click Save for the bot name and position.
If your plan changes later, your saved logo, bot name and position are kept. The chat goes back to your business name, the sparkle icon and the bottom right until they're on your plan again.
Nothing to change on your website
You add your chat code only once. Every change you make here shows on your website by itself.
