Phone alerts & the Assistly app
Get an alert on your phone for every new lead, and open your inbox like an app.
Phone alerts tell you the moment a visitor leaves their details or asks for a person. Tap the alert and the chat opens, so you can call back while they're still interested. Lead emails keep coming too.
Android (Chrome)
- Open your dashboard in Chrome and sign in.
- Open Settings → Phone alerts and tap Turn on phone alerts, then Allow.
- Tap Send a test alert to see one.
You can also tap Add Assistly to your home screen there, so your inbox opens like an app.
iPhone and iPad
Apple only allows alerts from apps on your home screen:
- Open your dashboard in Safari and tap the Share button.
- Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
- Open Assistly from your home screen, sign in, go to Settings → Phone alerts and tap Turn on phone alerts.
This needs iOS 16.4 or newer.
Your team
Every teammate turns alerts on for their own phone or computer, and chooses what they get: new leads, visitors asking for a person, or both. Turn alerts off on a device any time from the same card.
Phone alerts are included in every plan, Free too.
