In any conversation, each AI answer has a thumbs up and a thumbs down. Thumbs down asks "what should it have said?". Type the right answer and your bot uses it from then on.
Questions your bot couldn't answer
When your bot doesn't know something, it tells the visitor honestly and the question lands on the Questions your bot couldn't answer page. Write the answer once and click to teach the bot, or dismiss questions that don't matter. This page is part of the paid plans (Starter and up).
Other languages
Your bot replies in the visitor's language. It recognizes about 20 languages, including Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Hebrew, Arabic, Russian and Chinese. You only need to write your knowledge once, in your own language.
