Privacy basics

What we store

• The chats on your website: visitor messages and the replies.
• The contact details visitors choose to share (name, phone, email).
• Your account details and the knowledge you give your bot.

Who can see it

Only people on your own account (you and the team members you invite) can see your chats and leads. Each business's data is kept separate.

Keeping it safe

Passwords are stored scrambled (hashed), never as plain text. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Sign in codes, passkeys and authenticator apps protect your account; see Sign in & security.

Deleting

You can delete a conversation or a lead from your dashboard.
