Send leads to Zapier, Make or your CRM

Assistly can send every new lead and every new conversation to Zapier, Make or your own system, so it lands in your CRM, a Google Sheet or your team chat without copying anything.

Zapier

1. In Zapier, create a Zap and pick Webhooks by Zapier, then Catch Hook. Copy the address Zapier gives you.
2. In Assistly, open Integrations → Zapier & Make, paste the address, turn on New lead (and New conversation if you want it) and click Save.
3. Click Send a test. Zapier receives a sample lead you can use to map the fields: name, email, phone, what they asked, the AI summary and the Hot, Warm or Cold score.

Make

Add a Webhooks → Custom webhook module, copy its address and follow steps 2 and 3 above.

Your own system

Each message is a JSON POST with the header X-Assistly-Signature (t=time,v1=HMAC SHA256 of "time.body" with your secret key, shown in the same card). If a delivery fails, we try once more 30 seconds later. The card shows your recent deliveries.
