Install the chat on Squarespace
Add your chat code with Squarespace Code Injection.
- In Assistly, open Widget and click Copy code.
- In Squarespace, open Settings.
- Go to Advanced → Code Injection. (On some newer accounts it's under Developer Tools → Code Injection.)
- Paste your code in the Footer box.
- Click Save, then open your live site and look for the chat bubble.
Code Injection is only available on some Squarespace plans. If you don't see it, check your plan in Squarespace.
