Add your products and services

Visitors ask "how much is it?" more than anything else. List your products and services once and your bot answers with your names, prices and links, exactly as you wrote them. It is on every plan.

Add a product or service

1. Open Bot knowledge and find Products & services.
2. Click Add a product or service.
3. Type the Name. Price, Details and Link are optional.
4. Click Save. Your bot uses it right away.

Write the price the way you say it to customers, like $89, From $49 a month or Free estimate. Your bot never changes it, never rounds it and never gives a price that is not in your list or your other knowledge.

Edit, pause or delete

• Edit changes one item. Nothing else in your list changes.
• Turn off Available right now when something is sold out or on a break. Your bot says it is not available right now instead of offering it.
• Delete asks you first, then takes out only that item.

In every language

Your bot answers in your visitor's language, including Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Hebrew, Arabic, Russian and Chinese. It explains the details in their language and keeps the names, prices and links exactly as you wrote them. You only write your list once.

Limits

Up to 200 products and services. Each name can be 120 characters, each price 60, and the details 1,000. For a long list, your bot reads the items that match the visitor's question first.

Tips

• Put what is included in Details, like "Up to 3 rooms. Pet stain treatment included." That is what visitors ask next.
• Add the Link to the product or booking page, so your bot can send visitors straight there.
• Click Test your bot and ask "how much is the deep cleaning?" to check.
